Every listing must reflect a real, available property. Required: accurate photos, location, rent and cadence, and the owner's authority to let.

Prohibited

Fake or unavailable properties, bait pricing, hidden fees, duplicate spam listings, and requests to pay or inspect off-platform.

Verification & promotion

Listings are checked for ownership/agent authority, location, availability and pricing. Quality and completeness affect ranking. Violations can pause or remove a listing and suspend payouts.
