By using RentFlex.ng you agree to these terms. RentFlex.ng is a rental marketplace and negotiator: we list verified properties, screen tenants, negotiate rental terms between tenants and landlords, and process payments on-platform via Paystack.

What RentFlex.ng is and is not

RentFlex.ng acts as an intermediary and payment facilitator. RentFlex.ng is not a lender and does not provide credit or guarantee rent. RentFlex.ng is not a party to the tenancy agreement between a tenant and a landlord, except where expressly stated for a specific service.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, keep payments on-platform, and do not post fake listings, bait pricing, or collect fees off-platform. Misuse can suspend access and payouts.

Fees

Fees are shown before you commit. Tenant success fees and landlord management fees are described in our FAQ and at the point of payment.

Liability

RentFlex.ng provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for disputes arising directly between tenants and landlords, though we offer mediation. Limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law.
