RentFlex.ng screens tenancy applications to give landlords better information and to reduce fraud. Screening is carried out with the applicant's consent.
What we review
Government ID, income or affordability evidence, employment details, rental history and a prior-landlord reference where available. This produces a transparent A–E qualification grade.
How grades are used
The A–E grade is an internal decision-support tool to help landlords and agents evaluate offers quickly. It is not a legal credit rating, and it does not guarantee approval — the landlord or agent always decides which offer to accept.
Your data and rights
Screening documents are private and shown only to landlords you choose to apply to. You may request access, correction or deletion in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act — see our Privacy Policy.
