Private showings, owner contact and lease offers require renter ID, phone, face/selfie, affordability and intent checks.

No anonymous offers

Landlords see a renter risk profile: identity status, stay length, payment readiness, affordability band and reference status.

Move-in money held before handover

Rent, deposit, legal/admin fee and platform fee are recorded before keys move. Owner payout releases after lease signing and handover confirmation.

Move-in requires timestamped photos or video of rooms, fittings, meters, keys, power, water and visible damage.

Off-platform payments, side commissions and private handovers remove RentFlex.ng protection and can trigger suspension.

Every fee has a label

Rent, deposit, legal/agreement and the RentFlex.ng service fee are declared before payment. No hidden agent or side commission.

One success fee, only on a closed deal

RentFlex.ng charges a single 5% service fee on a completed lease — in place of the usual 10% agent plus 10% legal. Verified renters pay 3.5%. Landlords list free.

OpenClaw is the broker

The AI broker reaches landlords, qualifies renters, negotiates terms and relays both sides — earning only when a lease closes, never by pressure tactics.

Availability must stay fresh

Listings are re-confirmed by the owner or the broker before showing. Stale or fake availability is demoted, paused or removed.
