Property

Owner or agent authority, address and location, fresh media, pricing, and availability/inspection status.

Tenant

Phone, government ID, income/employment evidence, and prior-landlord reference, producing a transparent A–E qualification score shown to landlords you apply to.

Field partners

Agents who source or show properties are KYC-verified, bound to no-hidden-fee and no-side-payment rules, and rated by tenants and owners.
